Inspired Style: Beyonce & Dancers Super Bowl 50 Look

Beyonce has been a hot topic in the news this month, from the release of her latest song and video for "Formation" to her powerful Super Bowl 50 performance. Beyonce is undeniably an icon, and aside from the strong message she is conveying with her music and visuals, we love the statements she is making with her style.

During her Super Bowl 50 halftime performance, Beyonce wore an all black Michael Jackson (circa 1993 Super Bowl) inspired look, backed up by her beautiful back-up dancers wearing Black Panthers inspired looks. According to Beyonce's website, DSquared2 designed the jacket and harness, Ashton Michael designed the body suit and the shoes were by Christian Louboutin. Stylist Marni Senofonte designed the dancers' wardrobe, Zana Bayne designed their harnesses, and their boots were by Dr. Martens. We were inspired to create a look inspired by her Super Bowl performance that you can incorporate into your own closet!

This look incorporates Black Panthers inspired all black and berets. I imagine Beyonce's team wanted to make an impact during Black History Month with this inspired look. The Black Panthers gave back to the community, reminiscent of how Beyonce is giving back to Flint, Michigan with a portion of the proceeds from her upcoming Formation World Tour being donated to the city.

Beyonce's dancers actually were wearing these Dr. Martens Persephone Boots:
