Get Fit Tips: Quick Full Body Workout

January has passed. Usually people have the New Year’s resolution of getting in shape... Because we ALL want that banging beach body right? That doesn’t necessarily mean to lose weight - maybe you just want to tone up or eat healthier. We at Get Whit It are always trying out healthy recipes and looking for ways to stay fit. As part of our relaunch, we’ll share some of our Get Fit Tips.

As an adult - whether you are in school, have a job, and/or have kids it can be so hard to find time to work out. I stumbled across this app months ago called Seven.

So the best thing about this is you don’t need any workout equipment and its only seven minutes for a full body workout! The workout includes jumping jacks, wall sits, push-ups, crunches, step-ups, squats, tricep dips, planks, high knees, lunges, push-ups with rotation, and side planks. You perform each exercise for 30 seconds and get a 10 second rest in between.

The full body workout is free on the iTunes app store. They also have a variety of others that are available for purchase such as upper body, bootcamp, and bikini body to name a few. You can purchase those for $2.99 each or join the 7 Club for $4.99 per month to have access to all of their workouts.
