Rihanna's Casual Tattoo Shopping Look

Rihanna was spotted over the weekend in NYC visiting a tattoo shop. No word on whether she got another to add to her collection of tattoos. She took the more casual approach with her look this time wearing a ruched maxi dress by A.l.c., a denim Prada handbag and Vans sneakers. Rihanna definitely dressed down the $325 dress.

We loved Jennifer Lopez's look at Simon Fuller's Hollywood Walk of Fame event. She wore a form-fitting blue Zac Posen dress from the Fall 2011 collection with nude Brian Atwood pumps. Her entire look will set you back at least $1000+, but we found affordable options for you fashionistas who want to achieve the look for less.

I (Whitney R) didn't get to catch the 2011 Billboard Awards but I did check out the pictures from the arrivals and I must say I'm pleased. Usually, there are quite a few people who should never step out in public again but this time, almost everyone (or their stylist) did a pretty good job on keeping it some what simple but sexy. Even the guys looked great. I personally like when they come out more casual (Nas) than in a suit (Neyo/Justin Bieber).

The CW Network hosted an Upfront at Jazz event in NYC. Tyra, who only seems to pop up every now and again, attended the event wearing a suspender get up. She wore suspenders with a light blue button up top, black trousers, and red pointed toe stilettos. So should we Get WHIT it or should Tyra Get Lost? Personally, I (Whitney R) don't think it's the worst look. I feel like the suspenders are an unnecessary accessory.

Requested: Carry-on Luggage For Less

So, not everyone can afford the Louie V luggage but it is necessary to travel in style. Our reader A.J. Ray hit us up on twitter wanting us to find cute, reasonably priced, carry-on luggage. She's a college student and wanted to keep the budget around $50. 

My (Whitney R) first thought that came to mind was Victoria Secret's PINK collection. Sadly (for my wallet) I'm ADDICTED when the semi annual sale comes around. I purchased a 3 piece luggage set which consists of a large rolling duffle, a smaller duffle, and makeup case. This retails on the website for $148. I recommend browsing the store around Semi Annual Sale time because I think I paid $68. The PINK line does offer a cute duffle in a variety of colors for $39.50.

Maxim had their Hot 100 Party in Hollywood on Wednesday. Singer Keri Hilson was spotted in a Donna Mizani olive green cut out dress with Giuseppe Zanotti’s suede platform wedges (Eva Marcille was recently spotted in the same shoes in red). I must admit, I think this is an improvement for Keri from what we’ve been seeing. Keri is a beautiful girl so no need to overdo it, right? By the way, who rocked the wedges better? Keri or Eva?
