Inspired: Cali Style

Over the weekend, I (Whitney R), went to LA for the first time. It was actually my first time on the West Coast. I won a trip to the 2011 BET Awards. It was pretty exciting to see the process of the show… how they literally have two minutes to change a set for the next artist performance. Overall though, if you aren’t an A-list celebrity, you have a better view from your TV at home.

Anyways, the LA weather is interesting. During the day, it’s in the 80’s which feels great but at night when it hits the lower 60’s its cold. Over here on the East Coast, VA, it’s like 100 and it’s still steaming at night. One would assume that it’d be pretty hot over there all the time. I observed the fashion out there and how the people take their warm daytime look to a cool night out look. Oh and I was super excited when I saw a girl walking around with UGGs and Shorts! So mad I left mine at home. Make sure you get some - UGG boots available at BANK Fashion.
