Two of the Kardashian sisters, Khloe and Kourtney, were spotted by paparazzi in Miami. Kourtney wore a wrap skirt, black tank with fringe booties. Khloe wore a military type dress with an OVERLY LARGE bag... can't even call that a handbag because that thing is huge. LOL
